Before her real estate career, Shayne spent 13 years in the art business, managing one of Chicago's oldest and most renowned art galleries. She excelled in helping patrons expand existing collections and guiding novice collectors, always listening to and understanding their needs. As a gallery director, Shayne spearheaded large-scale marketing campaigns, created branding for renowned artists, and curated collections in fine homes throughout Chicago.

A lifelong Chicagoland resident, Shayne has called the city home for 21 years. She lives in the vibrant West Loop with her husband, Vlad, and their twin sons, who attend Skinner West. Shayne’s professional expertise is complemented by her educational background, holding a B.A. from UW-Madison and an M.A. in management from Columbia College.
